Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box with all documentation, warranty cards, and tags, then pack it into a sturdy shipping carton.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to ensure your high-value item is fully insured during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
